GEMS has extensive experience with the installation, maintenance, and overhaul of all types of Screening systems for STP Inlets. Whether it be onsite maintenance or complete overhauls in the workshop, we have the skills and experience to get the best life out of any Screening system.

We have experience working on Band Screens, Screw Conveyor Screening systems, Drum Screens, both inclined and horizontal, and all types of Screw Compactors.

GEMS personnel have been involved with the measurement, design, and installation of new Band Screens for two plants to ensure that the Screens could be installed and removed without entry to the Inlet chambers.
